肩关节盂骨折（肩胛盂骨折）
Overview（概述）
Thisisafractureofapartoftheshoulderbladecalledthe"glenoid."Thisisthesocketthatholdstheheadofthehumerus(theboneoftheupperarm).Aglenoidfracturecanallowtheheadofthehumerustoslipoutofthesocket.
这是肩胛骨的一个叫做“关节盂”的部位的骨折。这是固定肱骨（上臂的骨头）头的窝。关节盂骨折可使肱骨头滑出关节窝。
Causes（原因）
Thistypeoffractureisusuallycausedbyseveretrauma.Fallsandroadaccidentsare 这种类型的骨折通常是由严重的创伤引起的。跌倒和交通事故是常见的原因。
Symptoms（症状）
Symptomsmayincludepain,bruisingandswelling.Youmaynotbeabletomoveyourarm.Ifyoucan,youmayexperienceagrindingsensationwhenyoumoveit.Ifabrokenboneshiftsoutofplace,youmaynoticealumpbeneathyourskin.
症状可包括疼痛、瘀青和肿胀。患者可能不能不能活动胳膊。如果能活动，当活动时，可能会体验到研磨感。如果骨折的骨头移位，可能会注意到皮下有隆起。
Treatment（治疗）
Treatmentdependsonthetypeandseverityofyourfracture.Manyfracturesaretreatedbyimmobilizingthearminaslingwhilethefractureheals.Othersrequiresurgery.Yourhealthcareprovidercancreateacareplanthatisrightforyourneeds.
治疗取决于骨折的类型和严重程度。在骨折愈合过程中，许多骨折通过用吊带固定胳膊来进行治疗。其他的则需要手术。医学专家会根据需要制定合适的治疗计划。
