Preparation（准备）
Anincisionismadeonthesideofthethightoallowaccesstothesideofthefemur.Aguidewireisinsertedandplacedagainstthefemuratthedrillsite.Thelocationisconfirmedwiththeaidofafluoroscope.
在大腿的侧方作一切口，显露股骨的侧面。将导针在股骨钻孔部位插入。借助透视来确定位置。

Thesurgeonusesadrilltocarefullycreateoneormorechannelsintothefemurandthroughthedegeneratedbonetissue.Thedamagedbitsofboneareremoved,creatingopenspaceinsidethebonethatwillallowhealthybloodvesselsandbonetodevelop.Thespacemayalsobefilledwithagel,morselizedboneorbonegraft.
医生用钻头小心地在股骨内作隧道，并穿过退变的骨组织。去除损坏部分的骨头，在骨头内制造开放的空腔，以利于健康的血管和骨头生长。空腔内可真入胶状、颗粒状骨或植骨块。
EndofProcedureandAfterCare（手术结束及术后护理）
Theincisionisclosedandbandaged.Thepatientwillberequiredtousecrutchesforatleastsixweeksaftertheproceduretoallowthefemurtostrengthen.
关闭切口并包扎。术后病人至少使用拐杖6周，以便股骨坚固愈合。
